Commitment
MIC Investing aims to make educational content about Mortgage Investment Corporations available to as many people as practical. We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as a reference standard for structure, contrast, keyboard access, and text alternatives.
Measures we take
- Semantic headings and native HTML controls where possible, including details and summary for FAQs
- Text alternatives and dimensions for meaningful images when those assets are published
- Keyboard-focus styles for interactive controls
- Readable type sizes and contrast targets in the site design system
- Multiple contact paths: phone, email, and short callback forms
Known limitations
Some older PDF downloads, third-party embeds, or newly published media may not yet meet the same standard as core HTML pages. Mailto-based forms depend on the visitor's email client configuration. If a path fails, call 604-761-5405 or email investing@diversifi.ca.
